Present at roll call: Councilmen Mace, Johnson, Meier, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilmen: Morden ,and Williams. The minutes of the last regular meeting of March 6th, and the adjourned meeting of March 7, 1933 were read and approved as read. The monthly report of the Los Angeles Monthly report of Los County Health Department was presented. Angeles Co. Health Dept. Moved and carried that same be placed Ordered placed on file. •on file. A communication presented by J. R. Sitton Communication filed. was read and ordered placed on file. A communication from the San Gabriel Valley Protective Association was read, relative Communication filed. to Assembly Bill No. 714. Moved and carried that same be placed on file. Councilman Johnson offered a resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA REQUESTING LOS ANGELES COUNTY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IN THE STATE OF RESOLUTION NO. 1335 CALIFORNIA TO SUPPLY NECESSARY FUNDS TO ADOPTED. PAY FOR LABOR IN IMPROVING PUBLIC PARK AND PARKWAYS IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Johnson that this resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1335. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Councilmen Morden and Williams. Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Councilman Mace and duly carried Application referred to that the application of A. L. Meyer be Board of Public Works. referred to the Board of Public Works with power to act.
