The City Council of the City of Azusa met
in regular session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace,
Calvert, Johnson, Meier, City Attorney
and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Morden.
The minutes of the last regular meeting Minutes read &
approved.
of January 15, 1934 were read and approved
as read.
A communication, signed by W. J. Rosecrons, Communication
read and

Chariman of Citizen's Committee on County ordered placed
on file.
Welfare, was read and ordered placed on
file.
A notice of meeting of the Azusa Agricul-
tural'Water Company was read, Moved by
Councilman Calvert, seconded by Councilman
Mace°that the City. Clerk be authorized to
sign proxy on behalf of the -City of Azusa
for this meeting. Carried by the follow-
ing vote of the Council: Ayes: Council-
men:- -.Mice',., Calvert, Johnson, Meier.
Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Morden.

A communication from the Assets Reconstrue-
tion%Corpoiiation, relative to condition of
streets in Tract 6507, was read. Moved
by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Council-
man Mace'and duly carried that same be
referred to the City Attorney,

Counbilman Johnson that easements offered
by Roberts S. Woods, Vosburg Brothers
Incorporated, Azusa Foothill Citrus Company,
Azusa Citrus Association, and the Azusa
Improvement Company, be accepted. Carried

system•and'sewage.,treatment plant in the
City'of^Azusa and furnish an opinion to
the Federal Government e's to the re-
gularity of the proceedi#gs taken, and the
validity of revenue bonds,,'issued for the
work; for 'the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars
($900.00) -provided, however, that if said
sewage -system and/or sewage plaint is not
constructed, then there shall be no charge
