Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Calvert, Johnson, Meier, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Morden. The minutes of the last regular meeting Minutes read & approved. of January 15, 1934 were read and approved as read. A communication, signed by W. J. Rosecrons, Communication read and ' Chariman of Citizen's Committee on County ordered placed on file. Welfare, was read and ordered placed on file. A notice of meeting of the Azusa Agricul- tural'Water Company was read, Moved by Councilman Calvert, seconded by Councilman Mace°that the City. Clerk be authorized to sign proxy on behalf of the -City of Azusa for this meeting. Carried by the follow- ing vote of the Council: Ayes: Council- men:- -.Mice',., Calvert, Johnson, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Morden. At, -'! A communication from the Assets Reconstrue- tion%Corpoiiation, relative to condition of streets in Tract 6507, was read. Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Council- man Mace'and duly carried that same be referred to the City Attorney, Moved -b7 Councilman Calvert, seconded by Counbilman Johnson that easements offered by Roberts S. Woods, Vosburg Brothers Incorporated, Azusa Foothill Citrus Company, Azusa Citrus Association, and the Azusa Improvement Company, be accepted.
