A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Easement.Deed executed by Rodeffer Industries, Inc.,
a corporation, Glenn R. Watson, Dorothy M. Watson, Johnny E. Johnson and Elizabeth L.
Johnson under date of 5th day of November, 1965, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA,
a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the
right to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes as described below, in,on,
over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY OF
AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL 1 - Sierra Madre Avenue and Vernon Avenue
Being a portion of Lots 56, 57 and 65 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and
Water Company, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California as per
map recorded in Book 43, page 94 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, further described as follows:
An easement for street and highway purposes on, over, under and across a strip
of land 50.00 feet wide and shown as Parcel 1 on the accompanying map entitled, "Sketch
to Accompany Legal Description Sierra Madre Avenue, Vernon Avenue and Sanitary Sewer
Easement Dedications for Tract No. 25309", and as described in Parcel 1 on the Easement
Deed accompanying this Resolution.
PARCEL 2 - Sanitary Sewer Easement
Being a portion of Lots 56 and 57 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and Water
Company, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 43, page 94 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, further described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes on, over, under and across a strip of
land 8.00 feet wide, shown as Parcel 2 on the accompanying map entitled, "Sketch to
Accompany Legal Description Sierra Madre Avenue, Vernon Avenue and Sanitary Sewer
Easement Dedications for Tract No. 25309", and as described in Parcel 2 on the Easement
Deed accompanying this Resolution.
PARCEL 3 - Sierra Madre Avenue
Being a portion of Lot 65 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and Water Company,
in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 43, page 94 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said
county, further described as follows:
An easement for street and highway purposes on, over, under and across a
50.00 foot strip of land, shown as Parcel 3 on the accompanying map entitled, "Sketch
to Accompany Legal Description Sierra Madre Avenue Dedication for Tract No. 25309",
and as described in Parcel 3 on the Easement Deed accompanying this Resolution.
Said Easement Deed is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.

SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
