RESOLUTION NO. 4929
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 25309
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS THEREIN OFFERED, ACCEPTING
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SUBDIVIDER AND ACCEPTING A SURETY BOND
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owners and subdividers
thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract No. 25309 , and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed agreement by
V. HUNSAKER AND SONS INC. for the construction of certain
cements within or for said subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety bond for the faithful
performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract No. 25309 submitted to this meeting
be and the same is hereby approved;
That the dedications therein offered by and the some are hereby accepted for public use,
subject to any restrictions to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper officers of
the City of Azusa be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said Map on
behalf of the City;
That the proposed agreement by S. V. HUNSAKER AND SONS INC.
in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to file the some;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions
of said agreement with INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA as surety
in the sum of $ 300, 000.00 be and the some hereby is accepted; an
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of November , 1965,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of
the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of November ,
1965 by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Solem, Me Lees, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
