RESOLUTION NO. 4922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Azusa Unified School
District
under date of 5th day of October 1965, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in; on, over, under, across and along the following described realLT_Y
property situate in the C.
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4, of the SW 1/4, of Section 2, T I S, R 10 W, as
recorded in the United States Government District Land Office, located in the County of
Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 164, Tract No. 19685, as
recorded in Map Book 505, pages 8 through 14 inclusive in the office of
the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles; thence S 89° 53' 07" E 659.38
feet to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 37, of said Tract; thence S 0° 09' 25" W
30.00 feet; thence N 89° 53' 07" W 659.36 feet; thence N 0° 06' 53" E
30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
