RESOLUTION NO. 4864 OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND DECLARING THAT AGAINST NORTHERLY 63. 0 OF THE CITY OF A MAJORITY PROTEST ANNEXATION The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby find and declare that on May 3, 1965, Resolution No. 4838 was duly adopted by the City Council initiating proceedings for the annexa- tion to the City of Azusa of certain uninhabited territory therein described and designated as Northerly Annexation District No. 63, and fixing the 21st day of June, 1965, as the date for the hearing thereon; that proper notice of said proceedings and said hearing was duly given and published; and said hearing was duly held and finally adjourned on June 21, 1965; that a majority protest was made or presented against said proposed annexation; and that ten days have not elapsed after the said hearing. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 21st day of June , 1965.
