A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Benjamin Max Cunningham and
Enid I. Cunningham
under date of 26th day of March 1965, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in; on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY..
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township I North, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel A
A strip of land 30 feet in width the southerly line being the northerly line of Sierra Madre Avenue
(50 feet wide) as it existed on March 26, 1965, and bounded on the west by the easterly line of
San Gabriel Avenue (100 feet wide) as it existed on March 26, 1965, and bounded on the east by
the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of Azusa and San Gabriel Canyon Road (40 feet
wide) as it existed on March 26, 1965.
Parcel B
The external area of a curve and its tangents concave to the northwest, having a radius of 25.00 feet;
said curve being tangent to said westerly line of Azusa and San Gabriel Canyon Road; said curve
also being tangent to the northerly line of said strip.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 3rd day of May.
