RESOLUTION NO. 4987
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Salomon Lowi and Rita Lowi
under date of 25th day of January 1966, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to -perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in; -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the Cl _
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the East 167.00 feet of the West 375.58 feet of the northeast one-quarter (1/4)
of the northwest one-quarter (1/4) of the southwest one-quarter (1/4) of Section 3, T 1 S R 10 W,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as recorded in the District Land Office, located in the County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Gladstone Street 50.00 feet wide as it existed
on December 3, 1965, said south line being the northerly line of the southwest one-
quarter (1/4) of said Section 3 and said point lying 208.58 feet easterly from the west
line of the northeast one-quarter (1/4) of the northwest one-quarter (1/4) of the southwest
one-quarter (1/4) of said Section 3; thence easterly along said south line 167.00 feet;
thence southerly 22.20 feet to a point on a line parallel to and distant southerly 40.00
feet measured at right angles from the centerline of Gladstone Street per CSB 2346-4;
thence westerly along said line 167.03 feet; thence northerly 23.45 feet to the point
of beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

Ciry of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 21st day of February
1966 , by the following vote of the Council:
