A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR WORK
TO BE ACCOMPLISHED ON A STATE HIGHWAY UNDER THE TERMS OF
DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO. AZ 65-45.
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement providing for work to be accomplished on
State Highway Route 210 (Foothill Boulevard) in accordance with the terms of Division
of Highways Encroachment Permit No. AZ 65-45 has been presented to the Council for
consideration; and,
thereof;
WHEREAS, the Council has read said Agreement and is familiar with the contents
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Azusa that said
Cooperative Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said Agreement to be binding upon the City upon
its execution by the authorized officials of the State.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of
February , 1966, by the following vote of the Council:
