The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular adjourned session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Malone, Arnold, Chester, Morden, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Meier. Councilman Chester offered:aii Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA , AMENDING SECTION 22 OF ORDINANCE 140. 284 AS AMEND- ED BY SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 290 OF SAID CITY. to be placed upon its second reading. This Ordinance was then read for the second time. Moved by Councilman Chester, seconded by Councilman Malone that this Ordinance ORDINANCE NO. 310 be`adopted as read and numbered Ordinance ADOPTED. No. 310. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Malone, Arnold, Chester, Morden. Noes: None.
