HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 50930 0 RESOLUTION NO. 5093 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. (V. Havener) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application for a variance and a conditional use permit for a drive-in restaurant in the C-2 Zone on a 57 foot lot located at 237 South Azusa Avenue, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that the public welfare does not require that said application for a variance or use permit be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established, and further that the owner of said property did not consent to the application therefor. SECTION 2. Said applications for a variance and for a conditional use permit are hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant. Adopted and approved this 15th day of August , 1966. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of August 1966, by the following vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Solem, McLees, Memmesheimer NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: None
