A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF_.AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by City of Glendora, a
Municipal Corporation
under date of 22nd day of June 1966 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in, -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the C _ _
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 50 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and Water Co., as recorded in
Book 43, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 25.00 feet in width, the easterly line of said strip being described as
fol lows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Tract 13736 as recorded in Map Book 275
Pages 48 - 50 inclusive, in the office of said County Recorder, said point being
690 feet south of the most westerly northwest corner of said Tract; thence southerly
along said west line 100 feet.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 1st day of August 19 q66 .

City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 1st day of August
1966 , by the following vote of the Council:
