A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-.AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by David Hermanson and
Esther R. Hermanson
under date of 1st day of March 1966, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in; -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CIT -7.
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
Those portions of Lot 32, 31, and the westerly 50.00 feet of Lot 30, Tract No. 13790 as recorded
in Book 275, Pages 46 and 47 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel No. 1
The south 5 feet of the north 11 feet thereof.
Parcel No. 2
beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 32, said comer also being a point on the
north line of Foothill Blvd. (100 feet wide) and the east line of Lucky Ave.(60 feet wide) as they
existed on February 17, 1966; thence north along the west line of said Lot 32 a distance of 25.00
feet; thence southeast, along a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 25.00 feet through
a central angle of 90° 00' 00" for an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a point on the south line of said
lot; thence west along said south line 25.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel No. 3
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Parcel No. 1 and the west line of said
Lot 32; thence south along said west line 15.00 feet; thence northeast, along a curve concave to the
southeast, having a radius of 15.00 feet through a central angle of 90° 00' 00" for an arc distance of
23.56 feet to a point on said south line of Parcel No. 1; thence west 15.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
