A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA.ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by ISABELLA T. FORSYTH,
a widow,
under date of 34p, day of November 1966, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for Electrical Distribution Purposes
In. --on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 54 of Tract No. 10660, as shown on map recorded in Book
1649 pages 13 and 14 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
included within a strip of land, 10800 feet wide, the southerly line of which is
coincident with the northerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the
State .of California by deed recorded in Book D-2861, page 455 of Official Records,
in said office.
The side lines of said strip of land extend from the westerly line to the
easterly line of said lot.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 16th day of January , 19_x.

City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 16Th day of January
1967°, by the following vote of the Council:
