A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by LONNIE C. LEWIS and
MARGARET F. LEWIS, husband and wife,
under date of 181b day of Oatober 1966', granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to.perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for Electrical Distribution Purposes
I over, under, across and along the following described real property situate int e
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 131 of Tract No. 10660, as shown on map recorded in Book
164, pages 13 and 14 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
included within a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the northerly line of which is
coincident with the southerly line of the real property conveyed to the State of
California by deed recorded in Book D-2998, page 741 of Official Records in the
office of the Recorder of said County, the side lines of which strip of land ex-
tend from the westerly line to the easterly line of said lot.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 16th day of January 19_x.
