A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT (W. B. Ihnen)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The application of W. B. Ihnen for a gasoline
service station on property located at the northwest corner of Azusa
Avenue and First Street, having been duly filed and heard by the
Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission
having granted the same, and the same having been appealed to and
heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds
that neither the public necessity, convenience, welfare, nor good
zoning practice require that said application for a conditional use
permit be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been
established.

station on said property is hereby disapproved and denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said
applicant.
Adopted and approved this 20th day of November , 1967.
