HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5324RESOLUTION NO. 5324 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (W. B. Ihnen) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application of W. B. Ihnen for a gasoline service station on property located at the northwest corner of Azusa Avenue and First Street, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having granted the same, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that neither the public necessity, convenience, welfare, nor good zoning practice require that said application for a conditional use permit be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established. SECTION 2. Said application for a gasoline service station on said property is hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said applicant. Adopted and approved this 20th day of November , 1967. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of November , 19672 by the following vote of the 'council: AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Calvert, Solem, McLees, Cooney NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: None
