RESOLUTION NO. 5313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. (VARIANCE C -74 -
Macias)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined that appli-
cation for a conditional use permit and variance to permit an
addition of a room or rooms to a home and continuance of a non-
conforming 4 foot side yard, without providing the required two -
car garage on property located at 448 West Second Street, in the
City of Azusa, was duly made, that a hearing thereon was duly
held by the Planning Commission after legal notice thereof, that
the Planning Commission granted said variance by its Resolution
No. 685 subject to the condition that a one -car garage be provided,
that said action was appealed to the City Council and that the
City Council has held a hearing thereon after legal notice thereof.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the City Council that
facts exist justifying the granting of said variance subject to the
conditions hereinafter set forth.
SECTION 3. A variance is hereby granted to permit an
addition of one or more rooms to the said dwelling and to continue
the non -conforming 4 foot side yard without providing a garage on
property located at 448 West Second Street in the City of Azusa,
subject to the following conditions, violation of any of which
shall be grounds for terminating this variance:
1. The conditions set forth in Section 4 of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 685.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant.
Adopted and approved this 23rd day of October , 1967.
