HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 53080 0 RESOLUTION NO. 5308 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City of Azusa, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on April 20, 1961, for expendi- ture of State -allocated funds; and WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department on June 19, 1967, showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1967-68 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on September 7, 1967 has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget, as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds during the 1967-68 fiscal year.
