RESOLUTION NO. 5303
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF..AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTA!N GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Walter Butler Row and
Sally B. Rowe
under data of 29m day of August 19 67, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Lo.- Angeles County, Calif ornia, its successors and assigns, the right to.perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for Utility
in;_ -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the L.......
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
The South 80.00 feet of the North 150.00 feet of the East 3.00 feet of the
West 50.00 feet of Parcel No. 1 in the City of Azusa, as shown on the map recorded
in Parcel Map Book 7+ Pao 80, in the Office of the County Recorders County of
Los Angeles, State of California.
Said Grant cf Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
