RESOLUTION NO.. 5271
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN DIRECTOR'S DEED NO. D-85942.IAND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING
THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Director's Deed No.D-85942.1 executed by the State of
California Department of Public Works under date of 28th day of June 1967, granting to the
CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors
and assigns, the right to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for utility
purposes in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in
the CITY OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
Portion of Lot 33 of Tract No. 14472 lying 80 feet east of Vernon Avenue
and 200 feet north of Third Street.
Said Director's Deed No.D-B5942.1 is hereby accepted and authorized to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
