A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 . The interest and title conveyed by that certain Quitclaim
Deed executed by Keith Vosburg, Roydon Vosburg and Murray S. Vosburg under date of
April 24, 1967, granting to the City of Azusa the property therein particularly described
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as follows:
The South Half (S 1/2) of Lot 64, as per map of
Subdivision No. 2 of Azusa Land & Water Company,
recorded in Book 43, Page 94, Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County.
This Quitclaim Deed is given for the purpose of conveying to the
Grantee all of the water rights in said land which may be owned
by the Grantors.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute
certificate of acceptance in substantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said Quitclaim Deed and said Certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of May ,
1967, by the following vote of the Council:
