A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF..AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Maria C. Varniswald
under date of 10th day of April 1967, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
int on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
The northerly 20.00 feet of the following described property:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 3
Township 1 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino meridian, in the county of
Los Angeles, state of California according to the official plat thereof lying
northwesterly of the northwesterly line of "Parcel 358" in the final order of
condemnation recorded October 11, 1961 as Instrument No. 4584, in book D-1384
page 633, Official Records of said county.
EXCEPTING a parcel 40 feet east and west by 72 feet north and south taken from
northwest corner thereof, as said exceptions existed on July 13, 1917.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
