A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF-.AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Wynn Oil Company
under date of 1st day of March 1967, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for street purposes
in; -on, over, under, across and along the following descri a rea property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, of Section 4, Township 1 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Line and Meridian, as recorded in the United States
Government District Land Office, located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:
Parcel 1
The East 40.00 feet of the South 330.06 feet of the North 360.06 feet of said Northeast 1/4.
Parcel 2
The external area of a curve and its tangents concave to the Southwest, having a radius of
25.00 feet; said curve being tangent to the Westerly line of Parcel No. 1 and said curve
also being tangent to the Southerly line of Gladstone Street 80.00 feet wide as it existed
on February 3, 1967.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
