RESOLUTION NO. 5380
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (C-77
Phillips Petroleum Co.)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined that appli-
cation for a Conditional Use Permit permitting construction of an
automobile service station at 459 South Azusa Avenue, Azusa, was
duly made, that a hearing thereon was duly held by the Planning
Commission after legal notice thereof, that the Planning Commission
granted said Conditional Use Permit by its Resolution No. 714
subject to certain conditions, that said action was appealed to the
City Council by the applicant and that the City Council has held a
hearing thereon after legal notice thereof.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the City Council that
facts exist justifying the granting of said Conditional Use Permit
subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, but that the
appeal by applicant from the conditions imposed should be denied.

SECTION 3. The Conditional Use Permit granted by Planning
Commission Resolution No. 714 is hereby granted to the extent and
subject to the conditions set forth in said Resolution No. 714, but
the appeal by applicant for a change in said conditions is hereby
denied and the action of the Planning Commission is confirmed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
applicant.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of April , 1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the _L5th day of April , 1968, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Calvert, Solem, McLees, Cooney
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
