RESOLUTION NO. 5333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR ASPHALT STREET OR
ROAD REPAIR WORK DONE BY THE CITY.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 4236 of the City Council of
the City of Azusa is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In all instances where asphaltic concrete
street or highway repair work is performed by the City and is charged
to a contractor, subdivider, another City Department, or any other
person, such street or road repair charges shall be computed by
multiplying the area in square feet by seventy five cents ($0.75)
for those streets designated as "Local Streets" on the current
approved City of Azusa Master Plan of Streets and Highways or by
multiplying by one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) for all other
streets or highways.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 2nd day of January, 1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 2nd day of January, 19685 by the following vote
of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Calvert, Solem, McLees, Cooney
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
