RESOLUTION NO. 5462
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING. THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Richard L. Langdale and
Marie A. Langdale, and Alexander Levine and Audrey J. Levine,
under date of 16 day of July 19 68, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes, including the right to
construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace,, and remove, all facilities ere or or
connected therewith,
in, on, over, under, across and alonq the tollowing described real property situate
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That p tion of the land conveyed in the deed to Richard L. Langdale, et al,
recorded on July 19, 1967 as Instrument No. 144 in book D 3706 page 808 of
Official Records, of Los Angeles County, being a portion of Lot 48, of
Subdivision No. 2 of Azusa Land and Water Co. in the city of Azusa, county
of Los Angeles, state of California, as per map recorded in book 43 page 94
of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the county recorder of said county,
Lying southerly of the following described line and its westerly prolongation.
Beginning at the southeast comer of said Lot 48; thence along the southerly
line of said Lot, South 89° 55' 14" West 466.00 feet; thence North 0° 06'
50" East 6.56 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 890 29' 30"
East.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
