A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Department of the Army by
Secretary of the Army.
under date of 15th day of May 1968, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for Strppt nurnnsps
in," -on, over, under, across and along the fol lowing described rea I property situate in the CI -T_..
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
Two parcels of land situated in the City of Azusa, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, being those portions
of Rancho Azusa De•Duarte, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 2, pages 560 and 561 of Patents in the office of the
Recorder of said County, and of Lot 16 of Subdivision of
Rancho Azusa De Duarte, as shown on Map recorded in Book 6,
pages 80 to 82, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records in the
office of said Recorder, and more particularly described
in Legal Description, dated 23 February 1967, File Number
102-K-16, marked Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
Containing 7.20 acres, more or less.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
