HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5561RESOLUTION NO. 5561 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. (Johnson, Jiminez, Hirota and Noriega) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application of H. L. & E. M. Johnson, R. M. & D. Jiminez, H. H. & L. Hirota, and M. E. & I. Noriega for an automobile service station on property located at 210, 214, 216, and 222 North Vernon Avenue in the City of Azusa, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that neither the public necessity, convenience, welfare, nor good zoning practice require that said application for a conditional use permit be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established. SECTION 2. Said application for an automobile service station on said property is hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit a certified -copy thereof to said applicant. 1969.
