RESOLUTION NO. 5558
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA RENEWING THE GENERAL SERVICES AGREE-
MENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FOR A
PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS AND REQUESTING THE COUNTY
TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE CITY PROSECUTOR SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa
hereby elects to and expresses its wish to renew the General
Services Agreement dated August 19, 1957, entered into between
the County of Los Angeles and the City of Azusa, for an addition-
al term of five years commencing July 1, 1969, and hereby re-
quests the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles
to accept such renewal.
SECTION 2. Subject to the approval of such renewal
of said General Services Agreement, the City Council hereby
requests the County of Los Angeles to continue to provide
through the office of the District Attorney the City Prosecutor
services heretofore rendered pursuant to Resolution No. 3643
of the City Council of the City of Azusa, adopted August 19,
1957.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy
thereof to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Los Angeles.

duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 1969, by
the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Decker, Cooney, Calvert, Solem
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
City Clerk
