A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Wilfred J. Schlange and
Shirley J. Schlange under date of 14th day of February, _1969, granting to the City of Azusa,
a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right
to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes in, on, over,
under, across and along the following described real property in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles
County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 92, Tract No. 13736, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 275, Pages 48 through 50 inclusive,
of records in the office of the County Recorder, of said county described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 92, thence S 89° 40' 05" along the north
line of said lot a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 0° 04' 05" W parallel to the west
line of said lot a distance of 197'*88 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
northeast, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence southeasterly along said curve through
a central angle of 89' 44' 40" for an arc distance of 39.16'; thence N89° 40' 35" W
along the south line of said lot a distance of 34.89 feet to the southwest corner of said
lot along the west line of said lot a distance of 222.77 feet to the true point of beginning.
To be known as Vernon Avenue.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted and authorized to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
