HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5551N0. 5551 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, Carl W. Elkins, Chief of Police, has requested destruction of certain records under his charge, which records are more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference., and WHEREAS, the City Attorney, the City Administrator, and the City Clerk have each consented in writing to such destruction of said records; BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California, destruction of said records by said Chief of Police as head of a City department, be and the same hereby is approved. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 17th day of March , 1969. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March , 19693 by the following vote of the Cowl: AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Decker, Cooney, Calvert, Solem NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: None -r 0 1.
