HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5524RESOLUTION N0. 5524 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. (V-222 - David E. Fisher) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application of David E. Fisher for a variance allowing the use of an existing building for a printing office in the Freeway Service Zone on property located at 136 North Dalton Avenue, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same by its Resolution No. 767, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that the public welfare does not require that said application for a variance be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established. SECTION 2. Said application for a variance is hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop- tion of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant. 1969.
