A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by
Azusa Foot -Hill Citrus Company
under date of 15th day of October 19 (g granting to. the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for road
inf on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the C T.Y
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the
City of Azusa at aregular meeting thereof, held on the 20th day of October
19_62_, by the following vote of the Council:

NOES: Councilmen: None

That portion of that certain parcel of land in the Rancho Azusa as shown on map
recorded in Book 2, pages 106 and 107, of Patents, in the office of the recorder
of the County of Los Angeles, which has as its northerly boundary the City Limits
as described in the City of Azusa Annexation No. 70 as filed in said County
Recorders Office on November 26, 1968, Document No. 3106, which lies within
a strip of land 10 feet wide, the southerly boundary of which is the northerly
boundary of that certain 80 foot strip of land described in deed to State of
California, for state highway purposes, recorded as Document No. 872, on
June 29, 1933, in Book 12230, page 230, of said Official Records.
To be known as ALOSTA AVENUE.
Also that portion of said Rancho and said Annexation described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and 41 .5 feet westerly,
measured at right angles, from the most westerly line in the westerly boundary
of Lot 10, Tract No. 3472, as shown on map recorded in Book 42, pages 11
and 12, of Maps, in the office of said County Recorder with the northerly line
of said Annexation; thence westerly along said northerly line to a line parallel
with and 56.5 feet westerly, measured at right angles, from said most westerly
line; thence southerly along said last mentioned parallel line to the beginning
of a curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 27 feet, tangent to
said last mentioned parallel line and tangent to the northerly boundary of above
described strip of.land 10 feet wide; thence southwesterly along said curve to
said northerly boundary; thence easterly along said northerly boundary to the
northwesterly boundary of that certain parcel of land described in deed to
State of California, for public highway, recorded as Document No. 126, on
February 10, 1958, in Book D7, page 794, of above mentioned Official
Records; thence northeasterly and easterly along the northwesterly and
northerly boundaries of said last mentioned certain parcel of land to said
first mentioned parallel line; thence northerly along said first mentioned
parallel line to the point of beginning.
To be known as CITRUS AVENUE.
