HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 56300 0 RESOLUTION NO. 5630 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA FINDING THAT NO PROTESTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED TO THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 5624 duly adopted at a regular meeting held September 15, 1969 did declare its intention to sell certain real property dedicated to public use as more particularly set forth therein; and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 5624 did fix the hour of 8:00 p.m. on October 6, 1969 in the City Council Chambers in the Azusa Auditorium located at 213 East Foothill Boulevard in the City of Azusa as the time and place for hearing protests to said sale; and WHEREAS, no written or oral protests have been made to said proposed sale; BE IT RESOLVED, that the sale of said real property dedicated to public use as more particularly set forth in said Resolution No. 5624 to Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Seidner pro- ceed and final action thereon take place on October 7, 1969 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. Adopted and approved this 6th day of October , 1969.
