A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY, COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA FINDING AND DECLARING THAT
A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE
AGAINST NORTHERLY ANNEXATION DISTRICT
NO. 67
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does
hereby find and declare that on July 22, 1969, Resolution No.
5601 was duly adopted by the City Council initiating proceedings
for the annexation to the City of Azusa of certain uninhabited
territory therein described and designated as Northerly Annexation
District No. 67, and fixing the 2nd day of September, 1969, as
the date for the hearing thereon; that proper notice of said pro-
ceedings and said hearing was duly given and published; and said
hearing was duly continued to the 15th day of September, 1969 at
the same time and place and said hearing was duly held and finally
adjourned on September 15, 1969, that a majority protest was not
made or presented against said proposed annexation; and that thirty
days have not elapsed after the closing of said hearing.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September ,
19695 by the following vote of the Council:
