RESOLUTION NO. 5680
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA REQUESTING
AN ALLOCATION OF COUNTY AID TO CITIES FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A SELECT SYSTEM STREET.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has appropriated certain moneys to
the City of Azusa as County Aid to Cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Azusa desires to expend the
amount of $111,079.79 of said funds accrued to the City for the construction of a
street on the City's approved Select System.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Azusa resolves that:
The County of Los Angeles is hereby requested to allocate $111,079.79
of the County Aid to Cities' Fund apportioned to the City for the im-
provement of First Street between Alameda Avenue and Pasadena Avenue
within the City of Azusa.
2. The City Clerk be directed to forward a certified copy of this
Resolution to the Los Angeles County Road Commissioner for
processing.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
