A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Johnny E. Johnson and
Elizabeth L. Johnson, and E. O. Rodeffer and Phyllis M. Rodeffer, and Glenn R. Watson and Dorothy
M.Watsounder date of day of 19 granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CI Y
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 65, of Subdivision No. 2, of Azusa Land and Water
Company, as per map recorded in Book 43, page 94 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the office of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, described as follows:
The easterly 25.00 feet of that portion of said Lot 65, lying
southerly of Sierra Madre Avenue (100.00 feet wide) as it
existed on June 3, 1969.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
