A request, for a refund of $31.26 on the
second installment of the 1931 tax, paid
by Vosburg Brothers, Inc., on property
rented by the Southern Counties Gas Company,
was offered.

Councilman Arnold that this matter be re-
ferred to the City Attorney to report back
at the next regular meeting.

CLERK TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR AND ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SERA RELATING
TO THE WRITING OF THE HISTORY OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA.
