A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Johnny E. Johnson,
E.O. Rodeffer, and Glenn R. Watson,
under date of 29th day of January 1971, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for utility
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
See Attached
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 3rd' day of Ma 1971

ELECTRICAL UTILITY EASEMENT
Those portions of Lots 36, 37, 39, 40, 41 and 58 of Subdivision No. 2 of Azusa
Land and Water Company, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State
of California as per M.R. 43, page 94, as recorded in the office of the county
recorder of said county and further described as follows:
Parcel I
A strip of land within said Lot 41, 6.00 feet in width, immediately
east of and adjoining the east property line of Todd Avenue (of
varying width) as it existed on September 10, 1970, bounded on the
south by Tenth Street (60.00 feet wide) as it existed on said date,
and bounded on the north by a line parallel and distant southerly
840.00 feet from the centerline of Sierra Madre Avenue (100.00
feet wide) as it existed on said date, and:
Parcel II
That portion of the following described strip of land, lying south of
the San Gabriel River Channel Easement: a strip of land, 12.00 feet
in width lying within said Lots 36, 37, 39 and 40, the centerline of
said strip of land being the northerly projection of the westerly line
of Todd Avenue (of varying width) as it existed on September 10, 1970,
and:
Parcel III
A strip of land 12.00 feet wide, lying 6.00 feet, measured at right
angles on either side of the following described center line. Com-
mencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 39, thence northerly
along the easterly line of said lot 6.00 feet to the true point of be-
ginning, thence westerly along a line parallel and distant northerly
6.00 feet of the south line of said lot a distance of 541 .18 feet,
thence N 71° 41' 40" W to the San Gabriel River Channel
Easement, and:
Parcel IV
A strip of land 12.00 feet in width, between Parcel II and Parcel III,
lying 6.00 feet measured at right angles on either side of the
following described center line: beginning at a point on the center
line of Parcel II, said point being 40.00 feet southeasterly measured
at right angles of the southeasterly line of the San Gabriel River
Channel Easement, thence N 440 22' 56" E along a line parallel
and distant 40.00 feet southeasterly of said San Gabriel River Channel
Easement to Parcel III, and:
Parcel V
The southerly 12.00 feet of Lot 58.
