HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 59040 0 RESOLUTION NO. 5904 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONS TO SIGN CERTAIN APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE CITY UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT. BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Azusa, that the following named individuals are hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Azusa, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, As Amended, (Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297. _ John R. Adopted and approved this 4th day of October, 1971.
