Delaney) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application of J. E. Delaney (Variance Case No. V-287) requesting the waiver of the two -car garage requirement in the R -lc Zone on property located at 339 South Pasadena Avenue, that a hearing thereon was duly conducted by the Planning Commission and the Planning Commission denied the variance, that the matter was appealed to the City Council and the City Council held a hearing thereon and proper and legal notice of hearing was duly given. SECTION 2. After due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds: (a) That there is adequate space on the property to construct a two -car garage and to provide necessary ingress and egress thereto.
