A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF;AZUSA APPROVING
DESTRUCTION OF'CERTAIN RECORDS.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Personnel Clerk has requested
destruction of certain records under her charge, which
records are more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached"hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney, the City Adminis-
trator, and the City Clerk have each consented in writing
to such destruction of said records;
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 34090
of the Government Code of the State of California,
destruction of said records by said Personnel Clerk as
head of a City department, be and the same hereby is
approved.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of
November, 1972, by the following vote of Council:

NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
