(V-355 - Anthony Arcone) The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. An application for a variance to permit a single car garage instead of the required two -car garage in an R -lc Zone, on property known as 902 East Nearfield Street and legally described as Lot 50, Tract No. 16435, having been duly heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, and the Planning Commission having denied the said variance, and the applicant having appealed from the denial to the City Council, the City Council after due notice and public hearing, finds that sufficient facts exist to justify the granting of the variance subject to the conditions hereinafter specified.
