A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA APPROVING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
RECORDS.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Finance Officer has requested destruc-
tion of certain records under his charge, which records
are more particularly described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney, the City Administrator,
and the City Clerk have each consented in writing to
such destruction of said records;
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 34090 of
the Government Code of the State of California, destruc-
tion of said records by said Finance Officer as head of
a City department, be and the same hereby is approved.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 16th day of July, 1973.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of
July, 19730 by the following vote of the Council:
