A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of -Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by AZUSA FOOT -HILL
CITRUS COMPANY, a California Corporation
under date of 11th day of December 1973 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described rea 'property situate in the I
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway right-of-way
(formerly the Los Angeles and San Bernardino right-of-way) as shown on
the Map of Azusa recorded on Page 15, Book 54 of miscellaneous records
in Los Angeles County; bounded on the north by the northerly line of said
right-of-way; bounded on the south by a line parallel with and distant
southerly 50.00 feet measured at right angles from said northerly right-of-
way line; bounded on the east by the southerly prolongation of the w,eeterly
line of Lot 15, Block 18 of said Map of Azusa; and bounded on the west
by the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of Lot 4, Block 19, of
said Map of Azusa. '
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
