RESOLUTION NO. 6342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA DESCRIBING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHICH HAS BEEN INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITY OF
AZUSA AND DECLARING THE SAME WITHDRAWN FROM
SAID DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find,
determine and declare that all that portion of the Consolidated
County Fire Protection District included within the following
described annexations has been and is included within the City
of Azusa by reason of said respective annexations, to wit:
a) Easterly Annexation District No. 77
to the City of Azusa, effective
January 8, 1975.
b) Southerly Annexation District No. 78
to the City of Azusa, effective
June 19, 1975.
SECTION 2. All that portion of the Consolidated County
Fire Protection District included within the said annexations
to the City of Azusa is hereby declared withdrawn from said
Consolidated County Fire Protection District effective as of
December 31, 1975.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall, before January 1, 1976, file
certified copies thereof with the State Board of Equalization
in Sacramento, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors,
and the County Assessor of the County of Los Angeles.
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of November, 1975.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of November, 1975, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Solem, Cruz, Arkison, Decker
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
