HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 62460 -RESOLUTION NOS 6246 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has requested destruction of certain records under his charge, which records are more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney, the City Administrator., and the City Clerk have each consented in writing to such destruction of said records; BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California, destruction of said records by said City Treasurer as head of a City department, be and the same hereby is approved. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
