A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE ELECTRICAL RATE SCHEDULES,
ADOPTIXGC_, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION
OF THE LIGHT AND POWER DEPARTMENT, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3874, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 6174.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 3874, adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa on March 20, 1959, as amended, is
further amended by amending the electric rate schedules and the
rules and regulations adopted thereto as follows:
(a) A new service cost adjustment billing factor is
added to the electric rate schedules denominated 11(T) Service
Cost Adjustment Billing Factor" to read as set forth in Exhibit
A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Resolution No. 6174, adopted by the City
Council on the 21st day of January, 1974, is repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

SERVICE COST ADJUSTMENT BILLING FACTOR
APPLICABILITY:
This schedule is applicable
fixed and established in all
schedules.
TERRITORY:
to the energy charge which is

Within the incorporated limits of the City of Azusa.
SERVICE COST ADJUSTMENT BILLING FACTOR:
1. All bills rendered under the rate schedules and special
contracts contained herein shall be increased or decreased
by an adjustment amount related to increases or decreases
in the wholesale cost of energy or the cost of fuel used
in Southern California Edison Company generating plants
and which increased or decreased costs are passed on to
the City of Azusa as increases or decreases in the cost
of power purchased by the City.
2. The adjustment amount to be added to or subtracted from
each bill shall be the product of the total kilowatt
hours for which the bill is rendered multiplied by the
adjustment amount per kilowatt hour sold.
3. Effective for service rendered for the billing period
commencing May 1, 1974 and for each billing period
thereafter until modified in accordance with paragraphs
1 and 2 hereof, the adjustment amount per kilowatt hour
sold is 0.640 per kilowatt hour.
