A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA DESIGNATING THE AGENCIES OF
THE CITY TO PREPARE CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS
OF THE POLITICAL REFORM ACT OF 1974 AND
DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF SUCH CODES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolved as follows:
SECTION I. The following agencies of the City are hereby
designated and directed to prepare and adopt a Conflict of Interest Code in accordance
with the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974:
The City Treasurer, the City Clerk, the City Attorney, the Director
of Public Works, the Planning Commission, the Park and Recreation Commission, the
Personnel Board, the Library Commission, and each City Department.
SECTION 2. Each of the above designated agencies is directed to
prepare a proposed Conflict of Interest Code and submit it to the City Council no later
than October 31, 1976.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the "Model
Conflict of Interest Code" approved by this City Council to each of the above designated
agencies to be used by said agencies as a basis for the preparation of the proposed codes.

SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this

day of October, 1976, by the following vote of the Council:
